RETURNS POLICY
LabSource is not a manufacturer of any of the products we market, we are distributors for the manufacturing companies., therefore do not have an independent warranty period.
All warranties of the products will be upheld via LabSource and the manufacturer in question whom we represent as authorised partners.
In the even of any fault :-
Always contact our Customer Services before sending goods back on +44 (0844) 504 0041. The customer service co-ordinator will fax/email over a return note form to yourselves which must accompany the goods and make the necessary arrangements, where necessary request other relevant documentation. You will have a 30 day window from authorsation date, otherwise the request will be closed and no further action taken by our company.
Returns are accepted only with prior authorisation. Failure to comply will result in no action taken by our company, and the goods refused.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
4.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) You can notify us by email to sales@labsource.co.uk or
(b) Where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
(c) If we have ordered the goods upon our supplier and cancel, we will be charged a re-stocking fee of 40% which in turn LabSource will apply our own re-stocking fee and possibly deduct the cost to return the item to the supplier.
4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt. A restocking charge of 40% of the value of the goods will be made, the remaining 60% will be refund. . A returns Note Number MUST be obtained before the good are returned. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
4.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. The original shipping charge will not be refunded
4.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -

In the event that the product has been used or is contaminated. A decontamination certificate must be completed before the good will be accepted by our returns department.

To any products that we have made or customised specifically for you The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
