We are not able to export all items outside the UK, under contractual reasons or by due to the volumetric weight of the items. Please submit a ticket to enquire. Payment & Charges
LabSource require all payments in advance for all overseas shipments, outside the United Kingdom.
Payment will be in Pounds Sterling and only acceptable by wire transfer (TT), we do not accept any other payment type. i.e. credit/debit cards outside of the UK
• The local bank charge for the wire transfer is 25.00 Pound Sterling GBP and will be added to your order total
• The order will not be processed until payment in full has been received and cleared.
Shipping Costs
All of our export quotations are exclusive of shipping costs, due to the unknown dimensional weights and sizing of the packaging is to be calculated. We also do not quote insurance costs to cover such shipments unless requested.
Should the manufacturers apply a "export packaging charge" this will be shown on your final proforma invoice. European Union Members 
All members inside the EU ordering from LabSource must supply their VAT Registration Number at time of the order or you may be charged VAT , and a charge incurred to credit at a later date.
Duty All shipments are sent CFR (Cost and Freight), so you are responsible DUTY payments or other expenses from your countries government if required. 
We use TNT INTERNATIONAL to ship goods outside the UK.
However, you are welcome to arrange your own shipment methods to collect the goods from our premises, once the full payment of your order has been made. |
